How to proceed

Preparation: approx. 30 minutes

Mix the flour, baking powder and dry yeast, salt and seeds. Add the water and mix everything into a homogeneous paste. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 3-4 mm with a rolling pin. Cut out washers of approx. 4 cm Ø. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Brown the slices of pasta in portions on both sides over medium heat for approx. 5 minutes. Cut the salami into slices. Slice the salami and serve it on the still-warm bannock bread.

Useful tips

Serve the bannock bread for the aperitif, accompanying them preferably with hummus, cottage cheese, spring onions and sprouts and serve.

1 sachet of dry yeast corresponds to 20 g of fresh yeast. Mix the fresh yeast in the amount of liquid required by the recipe and add it to the dry ingredients. You may be interested to read spicy tuna couscous recipe/ Italian apple cake.
